Namaste' Gale. I feel like time stood still here, and I was watching a sacred ritual older than time, as the light dances across the ancient grounds.

Winter is my favorite time to visit the Grand Canyon. I'll be driving past there this weekend, in fact. You really captured the essence of a winter morning and made me miss being there. Thanks for the beautiful angst! :)

Every year from the time I was ver young until I was in my teens my parents took us from California to Oklahoma on Vacation for two weeks. My parents always made sure that we saw all the beauty there was to see from CA to OK and this included. Of course this was always one of my favorites. This, the painted dessert and the Indian ruins.
You caught the light of this so nicely Gale. I always enjoy your photographs.
