My friend Ed Cooley was kind enough to invite me to go with him to Great Smoky Mountains National Park for a quick 2 day trip. I had an absolute blast with him and some other photographers. We met up with Paul Marcellini the first day and both of us wanted to photograph this spot. Ed was a gentleman as always and took us right to it.
