I’ve been waiting to see this one Gale. It turned out very nice. We probably want to visit this area during May sometime. Having a little more green in the trees would put this over the top. Then in late June or July all those rhodys would be blooming on the right side. The Smokys have so many looks you just have to visit several times a year.
You and I don’t know each other Mr. Rainwater, but it’s so nice to be able to relate to you and what you love through your photography. I love the Smoky Mountains, and visit whenever I can – but it’s never often enough – even if it’s 4-5 times a year!! I live in central Ohio, so it’s about a 6-1/2 hr drive. But I feel like I’m there, right now, just by seeing your beautiful interpretations of the landscape with your camera. Thank you so much -PLEASE keep up the beautiful work!!
amazing picture, well done..
