The forest in the northwestern states of Washington and Oregon are the most beautiful and pristine I have ever experienced. I find photographing forest scenes to be difficult to compose and make for appealing images. I thought this scene turned out nice and shows how lush and green the forest are there. It is from Hoh Rainforest in Olympic National Park in Washington State. I hope to photograph there again someday.

This one came out really nice Gale. It takes a good eye to visualize a scene like this. That rainforest was so dense I had a difficult time coming up with any usable images. I love the different textures and shades of green in this scene. Again, very nicely done.
Thanks alot Ed I spent alot of time with the white balance and tweaking the colors on this one. Sometimes you just need to go with you eye for the look you want I have learned.
