On my trip to the pacific north west. I wanted to see and photograph Mount Rainier more than any other landmark or National Park. Unfortunatly the mountains were in the clouds for over two weeks of my trip and I was running out of time. Finally the forecast changed I headed out super early to Mount Rainier. It was to early in the season to capture some of the beautiful lake scenes and reflections that I love. All the lakes were still frozen and covered in snow. Sunrise just didn’t have any drama but I finally got to see this georgous mountain. Later in the afternoon light I captured these wonderful clouds hanging above the glaciers and rocks of Mount Rainier. I hope you enjoy.
